Akibabit G.K. assumes no responsibility for any problems or complications you may experience with Stripe payments. We are not responsible for or control the development of Stripe payments.

AKIBABIT G.K. Subscription plan services

We offer subscription services in different variants and may adjust these in the near future, including pricing or rebranding. If you subscribe to akibabit.com, you must agree to the rules of the company offering such services. We have no obligations regarding the administration of your subscription plans.

You have the option to cancel any of the services at any time. You are not required to provide a reason for your cancellation of any of our services that we provide at akibabit.com.

Refund policy

Akibabit G.K. don’t accept in any cases refunds or returns for any of our Services that we have provided via akibabit.com, stripe or email and live chat.

Refunds for subscriptions or services and products are non-refundable. Returns for subscriptions or services and products are non-returnable.

Video Call Service Plan

Please note that this plan does not cover any shipping insurance. This plan only includes the Video Call Export Service. This plan does not include the prices of the requested products, requested products must be paid for separately. Only completely new products of specific anime merchandise can be requested. Groceries or beauty products and anything that does not fall into the akibabit.com category cannot be requested. The desired product must be communicated in detail via Email before the Video Call Export Service begins. Due to Japanese export laws, we cannot negotiate products you specifically want to export. We can only export products that are approved for AKIBABIT G.K. The location and destination of the Video Call Export Service are selected by the Export Service itself. You cannot control the location and destination on request. You will automatically be disconnected from your chat once your 95 minutes have passed. If you have any questions, please contact us via email, we will be glad to assist you.

Attribution

Akibabit reserves the right to display attribution links such as “Powered By Akibabit” in your chat main menu or email description section.

Credits cannot be removed regardless of upgrades purchased unless the plan purchased clearly states that the attribution can be removed.

By using the Services, you release us from any liability arising from your use of any third party website or service.

Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Services, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or Individuals. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In no event shall Akibabit G.K., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim or other direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or other consequential damages of any kind nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of savings, loss of data, replacement costs or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise arising out of your use of the Service or any products purchased through the Service, or for any other claim relating in any way to your use of the Service or any Product, including, but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or products) posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of the possibility. Billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Support Service

We offer support via in-app support and email support. We can respond to your request within seven business days.

All support will be provided in accordance with akibabit.com standard practices, procedures and policies.

Shipping and packaging

Depending on the size and weight or destination, shipping may take longer than usual. We assume no obligation for your shipments to the destination country.

Once your shipment has been registered, we no longer have any influence outside or within Japan. We assume no obligation for your shipments within or outside Japan.

International shipping and refunds

Our company is not part of a contract of carriage with a carrier for the transportation of a product and our company assumes no responsibility for any loss suffered by a customer or client in connection with non-delivery, delay, damage, etc. arising from an accident during transportation.

Any fees, duties and taxes that may apply before and after shipping are the customers or clients responsibility.

The cusomter or client authorizes Akibabit G.K. to enter into a contract of carriage on behalf of the customer or client. None of the estimates of the delivery time of the package displayed on the website are binding on Akibabit G.K., and the exceeding of these deadlines by the company carrying out the transport does not, under any circumstances, open the possibility of a partial or full refund of the costs paid before the expedition become.

Akibabit G.K. must complete the delivery process of the Product under the customers and clients responsibility and in accordance with the customers and clients instructions.

Therefore, Akibabit G.K. will not be held responsible for information related to the export and import of products, such as: the name of the product, the price of the product and the quantity of the product on the invoice or for the amount of the customs duties due on it. The basis for this information or measures such as import bans etc. of the destination country. The customer or client is obliged to pay all customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country upon importation of the Products.

A customer or client may not change the delivery destination of the products unless the customer or client submits an application using the form prescribed by Akibabit G.K. These requests are void if the package has already been taken into account by the delivery provider.

Tracking numbers of international shipping

For security reasons, we cannot provide tracking numbers to customers or clients before the delivery arrives. We do not share tracking numbers to avoid fraud by third parties. We only pass on tracking numbers if the customer or client has provided incorrect information. Tracking numbers are provided on behalf of Akibabit G.K. only.

Cancellation

If Akibabit G.K. receives a request from a customer or client to purchase the Products, the Products will be purchased by Akibabit G.K. on behalf of the customer or client. Therefore, a customer or client cannot cancel a purchase request at will, even if the contract has not yet been executed. This also applies if the contract has already been executed.

Product deliveries.

Once items are delivered to our premises, Akibabit G.K. does not inspect their contents. Akibabit G.K. can remove or add packaging if necessary.

Akibabit G.K. is not obliged to test the product. Akibabit G.K. cannot manipulate an order at the customers or clients request. Akibabit G.K. does not guarantee the quality of the product, the presence or absence of defects, the authenticity of the product, or that the product will not violate the laws or regulations of any country while the product is in transit to its destination.

If we discover an item that violates or is likely to violate applicable laws and regulations, Akibabit G.K. may take measures to report such a situation to the relevant authorities.

If a customer or client is a victim of fraud, Akibabit G.K. assumes no responsibility.

After completing the verification process, Akibabit G.K. carries out procedures for shipping or exporting products abroad on behalf of the customer or client. Akibabit G.K. may, at its sole discretion, determine the shipping method, international delivery charges and other costs such as postage and handling charges and/or the costs required to deliver the Products depending on the weight and size of the Goods.

Akibabit G.K. may, at its sole discretion, set a shipping date for the Products if the Customer or Customer is unable to provide a shipping date.

Refusal to provide services

We may refuse any service under any circumstances once preparation of your shipment has begun.

Eligibility and Registration

This is important because sometimes we need to send you important updates (for example, about changes to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy) or to inform you about legal requests or complaints and to make informed decisions.

You will not use the Service in a manner that violates any law or regulation. If your use of the Services is prohibited by applicable laws, you are not authorized to use the Services. We cannot and will not be responsible for your use of the Services in a manner that violates the law.

You will not share your account or password with anyone and must protect the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities associated with your account. You may not transfer your account to any third party without our prior written consent.

You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
