5. Compliance & Final Authority

AKIBABIT合同会社 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any refund or exchange based on internal shipment verification records.

All refund and return policies are governed by Japanese law, and any dispute shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Japan.
