AKIBABIT合同会社 is a legally registered limited-liability company in Japan, operating under Japanese commercial law and international trade frameworks.

All products listed and sold through AkibaBit’s digital platforms are lawfully acquired within Japan through authorized retail, secondary-market, or wholesale channels.

AKIBABIT合同会社 acts in full compliance with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (Japan), the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act (古物営業法), and the international conventions established by the World Customs Organization (WCO) and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT 1994).

Pre-owned (second-hand) goods are clearly labeled as such, sanitized when necessary, and exported in accordance with Japanese consumer-protection and export-control standards.

AkibaBit retains full copyright over all original photographs, product descriptions, and web design elements published on its digital properties. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution of these materials without written authorization from AKIBABIT合同会社 is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement under the Copyright Act of Japan and international treaties such as the Berne Convention.

All third-party trademarks, logos, and intellectual-property names appearing on AkibaBit’s platforms remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Such marks are used solely for accurate identification and descriptive purposes in accordance with fair commercial use principles.

AkibaBit GK neither claims nor implies any official endorsement, partnership, or licensing relationship with those trademark holders unless explicitly stated in writing.

By purchasing through AkibaBit, customers acknowledge that all transactions are conducted under Japanese jurisdiction, governed exclusively by Japanese law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
