You can cancel your Plan at any time as long as you have not used the services provided by AKIBABIT. This also applies to all information changes between exporter and importer. We are passionate about delivering the services you use. All these services require hard work. Please contact us to cancel your Plan via email or live chat.
It depends on whether you want insurance for your shipments. We calculate the costs and inform you about them. Please be assured that AKIBABIT will only charge insurance shipping costs when we confirm availability between exporter and importer.
Our Subscription Plan is a top-notch system. It is much cheaper and more effective than a traditional export from Japan. But yes, you can!
Transport damage is a common source of conflict for exporters and importers. AKIBABIT is a Japanese export company, we pack and ship your products with the best care, which is an absolute standard in Japan. But unfortunately we won’t have any influence outside of Japan. If the product being shipped was damaged within Japan, essentially mainland Japan rather than japanese territory, we would receive a notification and immediately attempt to cancel the forwarding to international borders.
