How does AKIBABIT IMMERSION work?
1. Reserve your live slot | Choose your preferred date and secure your reservation for a 40-minute livestream direct from Tokyo. Once booked, your slot is confirmed and dedicated entirely to you. Reservation payments confirm your time and staff availability. Slots are non-transferable but can be rescheduled one time only if needed. |

2. Receive your private access | After booking, you’ll receive an email with your private YouTube link and your confirmed session time. Each reservation grants access to one viewer only. If you miss your scheduled time, you may reschedule once at no extra cost. Additional reschedules or repeated absences require a new paid reservation. Sharing, recording, or rebroadcasting the private stream is not permitted. |
3. Go live from Akihabara | At your reserved time, an AkibaBit scout connects live from real Tokyo stores. You can interact in real time through chat and request items from one product category — for example, Pokémon, One Piece, retro tech, or collectibles. Only one category can be covered per session to keep the experience focused and efficient. |
4. Choose what you want | During the stream, you can see products and prices directly from the store. After the session, you’ll receive a private payment link to complete any purchases you want. All purchases are optional and final once paid. Stock and pricing depend on live in-store availability during your session. |
5. Worldwide shipping from Tokyo | Your chosen products are packed in Tokyo and shipped worldwide with tracking. All items are sourced from verified Japanese stores to ensure authenticity. Delivery times vary by country. Any customs, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. |
Fair Use & Protection Rules | Each reservation covers one person and one stream slot. No sharing, screen recording, or rebroadcasting of private livestreams. One free reschedule is allowed per booking. Beyond that, a new reservation is required. Purchases are optional but final once paid. Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for confirmed purchases. AkibaBit reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if a user acts abusively, attempts to break rules, or violates privacy or streaming terms.

AkibaBit Live Access Rules (Temporary Phase) | The official AkibaBit app is currently in development, and live shopping access is being provided through a transitional system. Until the full app launches, customers will need to use a third-party communication tool, such as LINE, to receive stream links and chat with AkibaBit scouts. All invitations and messages will only be sent from verified AkibaBit accounts. Customers must not share, forward, or duplicate private live session links under any circumstances. AkibaBit is not responsible for lost access or impersonation caused by using unofficial accounts or external groups. During this development phase, system functions may be limited, and updates can occur without prior notice. Once the official app is released, all live streams, bookings, and customer communication will move exclusively to the official AkibaBit platform. |

Yes, we do! Please contact via web-form to request a specific product. We will contact you shortly to let you know if and when we can export your desired product.
Transport damage or lose is a common source of conflict for exporters and importers. We pack and ship your products with the best care, which is an absolute standard at our company. For your destination, we will check addresses more than twice. Unfortunately, once your shipment has been registered, we no longer have any influence outside or within Japan.
Tracking numbers will be provided to the customer once the shipment has officially left Japan. We carefully monitor and track every shipment until it leaves Japanese territory.
Refunds for services and products are non-refundable. Returns for services and products are non-returnable. Inspections will be transferred to the support.
